i think it would be kind of funny if the state went into a partial shutdown.
in a sick twisted way i hope they do...i do not want me taxes raised, they should cut spending. Michigan has the second highest paid legislatures in the country. take a pay cut...everyone else is...dam michigan government, i wonder why everyone is leaving the state. and if they go on a shutdown i think a class action lawsuit should be started for a refund of any state taxes we are paying. i want my money if your not working!

bubbas dead :(

So on Thursday 9/13/07 my grandma (bubba) passed away. The last few years were a battle; I did my best to be by her side the entire time. Watching her forget me (her favorite grandchild) was the toughest thing I have ever dealt with. Knowing she hasn’t been around the last few years, to many to even remember, has made her actual passing that much easier. Its surreal, knowing I cant visit anymore, feed her ice cream, play with the elmo dolls I bought her, see her smile.

Thank you to everyone who has wished me well and for the phone calls, emails, text messages and visits. I have some great friends, it’s a tough time for my family and I, and I couldn’t imagine dealing with this without you, you guys (you know who you are) are the amazing, thank you, I love you to.

Sam (my 95 year old grandpa) has been talking about a vacation for all the grandchildren…I thought he was just TALKING, but it ends up my grandma has left money, for us to actually go on a trip, something I didn’t know. The trip, if it happens, will be a great way to honor and remember my bubba.

I don’t think the jews allowed it, but my brother and I stuck an elmo doll in my bubbas coffin.

so my dad went into my old work the other day and talked to my old boss. he said in some conversation or another..."bryan misses working here so much!" which is NOT TRUE! I HATE THE EMBASSY, great learning expereince, horrible people, and place to work. i was pissed, he could have said "he misses you guys so much" but that would be a stretch.

i know my old boss reads this, lol, so dont get the wrong idea. leaving there and going to my new place was the best thing i have ever done!

went and saw the gin blossoms last night at arts beats and eats. i only knew one or two songs and they didnt play them until the end. who knew gthey had so many other songs.
